Integration of immigrants
Berlin is a city shaped by its many cultures. The BGZ has become the link between these cultures, thanks to its thirtyfive years of experience in international cooperation. Our projects for the vocational integration of immigrants develop potential, making it available to the Berlin economy. We try and test new ways of qualification and encourage the implementation of informally acquired skills. Campaigns against racism and xenophobia are as much a part of our programme as projects for the intercultural opening up of organisations.
